Pasvik Adventure - travel in the outskirts of the Siberian Taiga

104 - The Pasvik Valley from North to South

We will travel by car/bus from Kirkenes and up into the beautiful valley that split lengthwise between Russia and Norway. We will stop at significant sites along the way so you will get insight into the valley's history, both new and old. 
We will travel through the heart of bear territory and with some luck we may be able to spot a bear along the way. 
We will pass several power stations supplied by the river. At the inner part of the walley we will enter Pasvik National Park and Fjærvann Naturreservat, which is a joint venture between Finland, Russia and Norway.
